<p>As an HR Executive at AMPIN, you will play a crucial role in partnering with business units to provide strategic HR support, drive organizational success through effective stakeholder management, employee engagement, and proactively implement HR initiatives.</p>
<p><b>How you will contribute:</b></p>
<ul><li>Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Contribute to the onboarding process, facilitating a smooth integration of new hires into the organization.</li>
<li>Support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and participating in the development of job descriptions.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall workplace satisfaction and productivity.</li>
<li>Responsible for meticulous documentation and proficient assistance in HR activities, facilitating smooth operations through organized record maintenance and collaborative support in diverse HR functions.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Ideal Skills for this role include:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, MBA in HR/Professional certifications in HR related field would be preferred.</li>
<li>0-3 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role.</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
