As an HR Executive at AMPIN, you will play a crucial role in partnering with business units to provide strategic HR support, drive organizational success through effective stakeholder management, employee engagement, and proactively implement HR initiatives.

How you will contribute:

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the onboarding process, facilitating a smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
• Support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and participating in the development of job descriptions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall workplace satisfaction and productivity.
• Responsible for meticulous documentation and proficient assistance in HR activities, facilitating smooth operations through organized record maintenance and collaborative support in diverse HR functions.

Ideal Skills for this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, MBA in HR/Professional certifications in HR related field would be preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
