This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting HR operations with professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude. As an HR Assistant, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in recruiting and onboarding top talent for both our warehouse operations and corporate teams. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR team members, and staffing partners to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all candidates and new hires.</p>
<div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div></div>
<ul><li><div>Manage the full cycle recruiting process for hourly and salaried position.</div></li>
<li><div>Maintain accurate records and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)</div></li>
<li><div>Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with the onboarding process</div></li>
<li><div>Greet visitors and answer the front door in a professional and friendly manner</div></li>
<li><div>Assist with the check-in and onboarding process for temporary associates</div></li>
<li><div>Scan, file, and organize document</div></li>
<li><div>May require occasional site visits between AMS locations.</div></li>
<li><div>Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned</div></li>
<li><div>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times</div></li>
</ul></div></div></div><div><div>Qualifications</div></div><div><div>
<div><ul><li>Strong sense of initiative, reliability, and attention to detail</li>
<li>Good judgment and the ability to follow directions</li>
<li>Prior office experience required</li>
<li>Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is required</li>
<li>HR experience is a plus</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Additional Information:</b></p>
<ul><li>Must be available to work on-site at our Valencia, CA office</li>
<li>This is a seasonal position and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangements</li>
</ul>
