We&rsquo;re looking for a creative, data-driven marketing professional to help us strengthen our online presence and attract new clients through strategic SEO and content planning.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Research search trends and buyer behavior to understand what potential clients are looking for online.</li><li>Provide weekly or monthly recommendations for blogs, videos, and website updates that improve visibility and engagement.</li><li>Keep our website current and optimized for search engines.</li><li>Collaborate with our team to create engaging social media content aligned with our brand.</li><li>Develop strategies to attract out-of-town buyers and increase awareness among local sellers.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience with SEO strategy, keyword research, and content optimization (real estate experience a plus).</li><li>Knowledge of social media and digital marketing best practices.</li><li>Strong communication and writing skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations.</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with a collaborative team.</li></ul>Details:<ul><li>Approx. 10 hours per week (with potential to grow).</li><li>Hybrid role &mdash; in-office preferred, with flexibility for remote work.</li><li>Compensation based on experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Delray Beach, FL 33483
