Part-Time Marketing & SEO Strategist (Real Estate Team)

We’re a successful, fast-paced real estate team focused on connecting buyers and sellers across South Florida. We’re looking for a creative, data-driven marketing professional to help us strengthen our online presence and attract new clients through strategic SEO and content planning.

Responsibilities:

• Research search trends and buyer behavior to understand what potential clients are looking for online.
• Provide weekly or monthly recommendations for blogs, videos, and website updates that improve visibility and engagement.
• Keep our website current and optimized for search engines.
• Collaborate with our team to create engaging social media content aligned with our brand.
• Develop strategies to attract out-of-town buyers and increase awareness among local sellers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with SEO strategy, keyword research, and content optimization (real estate experience a plus).
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing best practices.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with a collaborative team.

Details:

• Approx. 10 hours per week (with potential to grow).
• Hybrid role — in-office preferred, with flexibility for remote work.
• Compensation based on experience.
