QC Lead for (P.Film Plant (QA, QMS, QC R&amp;D))Company: Ana and Batla Industries (Bona Papa baby diaper company)Shift: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PMLocation: Landhi Industrial Area (Near Younus Chowrangi), KarachiSalary: PKR 60 &ndash; 70,000 (based on experience)1 person requiredRequired Qualifications &amp; Experience- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Polymer Science or a related field.- 3‑5 years of hands‑on QA/QC experience in plastic‑film, packaging, polymer or chemical manufacturing.- Proficient in laboratory testing, QMS/ISO documentation, audit readiness and CAPA processes.- Able to work independently in a manufacturing environment with strong problem‑solving and reporting abilities.- Candidates from Landhi, Korangi, Malir, Shah Faisal or Shah Latif areas are preferred.Key Responsibilities- Oversee quality inspections of raw materials, in‑process production and finished goods.- Ensure all processes follow SOPs, specifications and quality standards.- Maintain and manage QMS documentation, internal audits and CAPA procedures.- Identify quality deviations, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.- Track quality KPIs, analyse defect trends and report rejection patterns.- Assist R&amp;D with trials, formulation improvements and evaluation of new materials.- Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Procurement to resolve quality issues.- Lead, train and supervise QC laboratory and shop‑floor staff.- Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration records, certificates of analysis (COAs) and quality reports.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
