A FMCG manufacturing company specializing in hygiene products (diapers, sanitary napkins, wet wipes) is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven professional to support production performance tracking and management reporting.

Location: Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi (Nearby candidates preferred)
Timings: Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, tentative)
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000 (based on experience & skills)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Reporting Specialist who can manage production data, track operational performance, and convert raw data into meaningful dashboards and reports for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily production data including output, downtime, wastage, and efficiency reports
• Track and analyze production losses (why downtime occurred, how often, and impact on output/cost)
• Maintain raw material consumption and reconciliation data
• Develop and update dashboards in Excel (mandatory)
• Prepare weekly/monthly production performance reports for management
• Ensure data accuracy through coordination with production teams
• Identify gaps in reporting and improve data tracking systems
• Support management with data-driven insights for operational improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com preferred; Business, Statistics, Engineering, Supply Chain or related also acceptable)
• 1–3 years experience in production reporting / manufacturing data analysis / MIS reporting
• Strong command over Microsoft Excel (must be excellent)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP (preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing environment (FMCG, textiles, packaging, or similar) will be a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and present data clearly
• Age preferably 30 years or below
