This role Involves to identify and create value for customers, manage customer relationships, increase brand awareness, Customer feedback and Follow ups.Job Title: Service Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Palladam Branch Company: Anamallais Agencies (Stadium) Department: Service / Customer Relations Experience: Freshers or Experienced Qualification: Minimum Graduate / Diploma (Any Discipline) Salary: ₹15,000 and 28,000 (Based on Experience) + Icentive Contact: 99423 63600 Address: 3D/4, Pethampalayam Road, Panapalayam, Palladam &ndash; 641664Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote and increase the inflow of vehicles to the workshop.</li><li>Conduct customer follow-ups for periodic services, free services, and due reminders.</li><li>Handle service campaigns, service camps, and customer engagement activities.</li><li>Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.</li><li>Generate leads for service bookings and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).</li><li>Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams to ensure smooth customer service.</li><li>Maintain and update customer database and call records.</li><li>Handle customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly reports on marketing activities and vehicle inflow.</li><li>Support in conducting local promotions, door-to-door campaigns, and corporate visits.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Good communication and customer-handling skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of automobile service operations.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools.</li><li>Self-motivated and target-oriented.</li><li>Two-wheeler driving license preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
