Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and increase the inflow of vehicles to the workshop.
• Conduct customer follow-ups for periodic services, free services, and due reminders.
• Handle service campaigns, service camps, and customer engagement activities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Generate leads for service bookings and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
• Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain and update customer database and call records.
• Handle customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on marketing activities and vehicle inflow.
• Support in conducting local promotions, door-to-door campaigns, and corporate visits.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of automobile service operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
