This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a lively setting that values teamwork, efficiency, and positive energy.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of food and drink options.</li><li>Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring timely and correct delivery of food and beverages.</li><li>Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.</li><li>Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management skills, ensuring prompt service during busy hours.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, process payments, and provide correct change while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service operations, including catering for special events or banquet settings when needed.</li><li>Engage with guests to promote specials or upsell menu items confidently, boosting sales while enhancing guest satisfaction.</li><li>Uphold all food handling protocols and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales upselling, and accurate bill processing.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous but not required.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
