Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Print Specialist to join our creative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of producing high-quality printed materials, ensuring that every project meets our rigorous standards for color accuracy, layout precision, and overall excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate and maintain various printing equipment including</li><li>UV Flat Bed Printer</li><li>Epilog laser c02</li><li>Epilog laser fiber</li><li>xtool laser engraver</li><li>Canon large Format Printer</li><li>Canon Digital Copier</li><li>HP latex printer</li><li>Epson large Format Printer</li><li>Prepare artwork files using graphic design skills and Adobe Creative Suite to ensure optimal layout and color management before printing.</li><li>Conduct prepress processes such as color correction, proofing, and layout adjustments to guarantee print quality and consistency.</li><li>Manage color calibration and color management techniques to achieve precise color reproduction across different media.</li><li>Oversee quality control procedures throughout the production process to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring finished products meet specifications.</li><li>Assist with manufacturing workflows by utilizing forklift operation skills for material handling and inventory management.</li><li>Implement finishing techniques including cutting, trimming, and assembly to deliver polished final products aligned with client expectations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in printing manufacturing environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of prepress processes, color management principles, and layout design fundamentals.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign within the Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Familiarity with machining processes used in print production or related fabrication tasks.</li><li>Ability to diagnose and fix simple printer and laser machine issues by working remotely with support team .</li><li>Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards across all stages of production.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
