Print Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Print Specialist to join our creative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of producing high-quality printed materials, ensuring that every project meets our rigorous standards for color accuracy, layout precision, and overall excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various printing equipment including
• UV Flat Bed Printer
• Epilog laser c02
• Epilog laser fiber
• xtool laser engraver
• Canon large Format Printer
• Canon Digital Copier
• HP latex printer
• Epson large Format Printer
• Prepare artwork files using graphic design skills and Adobe Creative Suite to ensure optimal layout and color management before printing.
• Conduct prepress processes such as color correction, proofing, and layout adjustments to guarantee print quality and consistency.
• Manage color calibration and color management techniques to achieve precise color reproduction across different media.
• Oversee quality control procedures throughout the production process to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring finished products meet specifications.
• Assist with manufacturing workflows by utilizing forklift operation skills for material handling and inventory management.
• Implement finishing techniques including cutting, trimming, and assembly to deliver polished final products aligned with client expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in printing manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of prepress processes, color management principles, and layout design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign within the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with machining processes used in print production or related fabrication tasks.
• Ability to diagnose and fix simple printer and laser machine issues by working remotely with support team .
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards across all stages of production.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $23.11 - $26.00 per hour
