<li>Designing the case management workflow architecture (case lifecycle, routing, statuses, SLAs, notifications) and integration architecture with the client's existing internal systems.</li>
<li>Guiding and reviewing the work of the development team (.NET backend, Angular frontend), ensuring adherence to the approved architecture and coding standards.</li>
<li>Defining and overseeing non-functional requirements: security, performance, scalability, availability, and data protection.</li>
