Financial Controller - London - c£120K My client is seeking a Financial Controller to lead multi-entity finance operations for a fast-growing international business. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll manage reporting, audits, cashflow, and controls, while driving NetSuite optimisation and automation to streamline financial processes and support scalable growth. Role & Responsibilities: <ul> <li> Manage multi-entity accounting and finance operations </li><li> Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and oversee statutory audits </li><li> Lead cashflow, treasury, and working capital management </li><li> Ensure compliance with IFRS/UK GAAP and maintain strong internal controls </li><li> Optimise and automate financial processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report cycles </li><li> Oversee and enhance finance systems, particularly NetSuite </li><li> Partner with stakeholders to support strategic growth and decision-making </li></ul> Skills & Qualifications: <ul> <li> Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) </li><li> 5+ years' experience in finance leadership roles within high-growth or multi-country environments </li><li> Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP </li><li> Proven experience with NetSuite </li><li> Skilled in finance automation, systems integration, and process improvement </li><li> Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills </li><li> Fluency in French is a bonus! </li></ul> Benefits: <ul> <li> Hybrid working - 2 days remote per week </li><li> Collaborative, international culture built on innovation and growth </li><li> Opportunity to make a high-impact contribution to a scaling, profitable business </li><li> Dynamic environment with real ownership and career growth potential </li></ul> Please note all candidates must have the full right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.
