You'll make sure their first experience with us is smooth, fun, and stress-free. From explaining treatment options to celebrating a patient's &quot;yes!&quot; moment, you'll play a crucial role in making patients feel at home.What You'll Do<ul><li>Greet new patients with a big smile and genuine care</li><li>Guide patients (and parents) through their orthodontic treatment journey, scheduling appointments, explaining treatment options in easy-to-understand terms</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding treatment options</li><li>Present financial options clearly and confidently, helping patients find the best fit</li><li>Assist with insurance verification and processing claims as needed</li><li>Coordinate with our clinical team to keep consultations running smoothly</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care</li><li>Support the administrative team with office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence</li><li>Follow up with patients to answer questions and support their decision-making</li><li>Be a cheerleader for our practice -- celebrating starts, progress, and smile transformations</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>A people person -- warm, positive, and great at building trust quickly</li><li>Strong communication skills (bonus if you can explain orthodontics in a way that gets patients excited)</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks</li><li>Comfortable with discussing financial arrangements with families</li><li>Previous orthodontic/dental treatment coordinator experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person with an incredible personality</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving and patient care coordination</li></ul>Ready to Join Us?If you love people, love smiles, and want to be part of a practice that values an unbeatable patient experience, we'd be happy to meet you!
