About the Role

As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the warm, welcoming guide for new patients and families. You'll make sure their first experience with us is smooth, fun, and stress-free. From explaining treatment options to celebrating a patient's "yes!" moment, you'll play a crucial role in making patients feel at home.

What You'll Do

• Greet new patients with a big smile and genuine care
• Guide patients (and parents) through their orthodontic treatment journey, scheduling appointments, explaining treatment options in easy-to-understand terms
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding treatment options
• Present financial options clearly and confidently, helping patients find the best fit
• Assist with insurance verification and processing claims as needed
• Coordinate with our clinical team to keep consultations running smoothly
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care
• Support the administrative team with office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
• Follow up with patients to answer questions and support their decision-making
• Be a cheerleader for our practice -- celebrating starts, progress, and smile transformations

What We're Looking For

• A people person -- warm, positive, and great at building trust quickly
• Strong communication skills (bonus if you can explain orthodontics in a way that gets patients excited)
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Comfortable with discussing financial arrangements with families
• Previous orthodontic/dental treatment coordinator experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person with an incredible personality
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and patient care coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
