Community Engagement &amp; Brand Management</b></li></ul><ul><li>
Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience to build a strong online community.</li><li>

Analytics &amp; Reporting</b></li></ul><ul><li>
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.</li><li>
Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize engagement, reach, and ROI.</li><li>
Present monthly/quarterly reports to marketing leadership with actionable recommendations.</li></ul><ul><li><b>
Paid Social Campaigns</b></li></ul><ul><li>
Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).</li><li>
Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.</li></ul><ul><li><b>
Collaboration &amp; Cross-functional Work</b></li></ul><ul><li>
Work closely with marketing, PR, and content teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives.</li><li>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li><li>

Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.</li><li>
