About the Role:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital trends, skilled at crafting compelling content, and experienced in growing engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring our brand voice is consistent and engaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and create content that drives engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging social platforms to inform strategy.
  • Content Creation & Management
  • Produce creative, high-quality content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, X, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visuals, videos, infographics, and written posts.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publication of posts.
  • Community Engagement & Brand Management
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience to build a strong online community.
  • Ensure brand messaging, tone, and visuals are consistent across all platforms.
  • Handle social media reputation management and respond to negative feedback professionally.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Present monthly/quarterly reports to marketing leadership with actionable recommendations.
  • Paid Social Campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Work
  • Work closely with marketing, PR, and content teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and company events through social media.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience in paid social media campaigns and audience targeting.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional):
  • Experience with video content creation and editing (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools and advanced analytics platforms.
