Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee billing, collections, resident accounts, and insurance coordination. Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Manage billing, collections, and resident accounts</li><li>
Review financial documentation for Medicaid applications</li><li>
Meet with residents and families regarding financial obligations and payment arrangements</li><li>
Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances</li><li>
Coordinate insurance authorizations and appeals</li><li>
Complete admissions agreements and maintain accurate business office records</li><li>
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
One year of experience in billing, collections, or business office operations preferred</li><li>
Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required</li><li>
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement preferred</li><li>
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills</li><li>
Accounting or finance coursework is helpful, but not required</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
