If so, Andrews Media wants you on our team!About the Role:We are looking for a Client Relations &amp; Project Coordinator to manage our inbox, client calls, project coordination, and streamline communication between clients, photographers, editors, and virtual assistants. This position would also be involved in working with the CEO to create procedures, documentation and further shape this role at the company. This is a primarily remote position, however we need someone based in the Huntsville/Madison area for in-person training, team meetings and of course any team bonding events! This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with customers, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Customer Advocacy: Be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Put yourself in the customers&rsquo; shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Solve customer problems and issues confidently, and investigate to resolve complaints.Accountability: Understand, review, and positively impact specific standards set daily. Schedule shoots and confirm appointments with customers.Project Coordination: Monitor and track jobs. Communicate and guide photographers in the field to ensure a quality project. Assist in resolving customer issues.Communication: Handle large amounts of incoming calls/emails/texts. Manage responsive and consistent communication with our team and clients.Problem-Solving: Report any client/photographer issues or concerns and be solution oriented. Maintain organization while managing your calendar, inbox, files, and resources.Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.Customer Service: Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.Collaboration: Work with the CEO to create procedures and documentation. Add input and ideas to the team/business to improve operations and client satisfaction.Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be detail oriented and enjoy problem solving and organization.</li></ul>Customer Interaction: Identify and assess customers&rsquo; needs to achieve satisfaction. Take the extra mile to engage customers.Record Keeping: Keep records of customer interactions and preferences, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.Communication Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Excellent communication and presentation skills.Adaptability: Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.Time Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Urgency: Strong sense of urgency in regards to customer service.Tech Savvy: Computer literate (Word processing software, spreadsheets ie Outlook, Excel, Word, and learning our booking software etc.).Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
