We are urgently looking for an Personal Assistant for one of our clients, based in Lahore.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage CEO/Director&rsquo;s calendar, meetings, and appointments</li><li>Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required</li><li>Coordinate internal and external meetings, including travel and logistics</li><li>Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work</li><li>Maintain confidential records and sensitive company information</li><li>Liaise with departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO</li><li>Take meeting minutes and circulate action points</li><li>Assist in managing priorities and daily workflow of the CEO/Director</li><li>Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the CEO/Director</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration or related field</li><li>5-7 years of experience as Executive Assistant or in a similar role</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li></ul>Salary: Market CompetitiveBenefits: Pick &amp; Drop Facility, Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Bonus, PF, LeavesWork Location: In person
