We are urgently looking for an Personal Assistant for one of our clients, based in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO/Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including travel and logistics
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive company information
- Liaise with departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Take meeting minutes and circulate action points
- Assist in managing priorities and daily workflow of the CEO/Director
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the CEO/Director
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 5-7 years of experience as Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
