Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage executives calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.

Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, calls, and video conferences.

Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft professional responses.

Follow up on pending tasks, meetings, and action items with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries when required.

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action points.

Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential files.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.

Screen phone calls and visitors professionally.

Perform general administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong calendar management and scheduling experience.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Strong follow-up skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and other scheduling tools.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
