Chief Executive Assistant

Executive Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company initiatives.
  • Monitor key operational activities and provide updates to the CEO.

Business Communication:

  • Draft and manage internal and external business communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and partners to maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication between the CEO and the team.

Administrative Management:

  • Maintain and organize important business records, contracts, and reports.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage office operations, procurement, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At Least 3 to 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
