We are seeking an experienced HVAC Site Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC projects. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, and have proven ability to manage site operations, supervise manpower, and ensure quality and timely execution of work.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day HVAC site activities and ensure smooth execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Handle installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRVs/VRFs, ducting, and piping works.</li><li>Ensure proper operation and coordination of chiller systems and associated equipment.</li><li>Manage and supervise technicians, helpers, and subcontractors on site.</li><li>Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of projects as per schedules.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety norms, quality standards, and company policies at the site.</li><li>Coordinate with project engineers, clients, consultants, and vendors for smooth workflow.</li><li>Identify and resolve technical issues at site efficiently.</li><li>Maintain site records, daily progress reports, material consumption, and manpower reports.</li><li>Ensure proper usage, storage, and handling of HVAC materials and equipment.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Knowledge:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.</li><li>Sound understanding of chillers, chilled water systems, and HVAC controls.</li><li>Ability to handle site independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Good leadership and team-handling skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of drawings, layouts, and HVAC schematics.</li><li>Problem-solving skills with attention to quality and safety.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>ITI / Diploma / Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC site supervision.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Willingness to work at project sites as per requirement.</li></ul>Note:Only person with same background will consider for this.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

HVAC Site Supervisor

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician with 3&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC equipment and the ability to independently handle site work while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned tasks.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, and piping.</li><li>Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment.</li><li>Diagnose system faults and carry out effective repairs to minimize downtime.</li><li>Monitor system performance and ensure efficient operation as per design parameters.</li><li>Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical schematics.</li><li>Coordinate with HVAC supervisors, engineers, and site teams for smooth execution of work.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company quality guidelines.</li><li>Maintain daily service reports, job cards, and maintenance logs.</li><li>Handle tools, instruments, and spare parts responsibly and efficiently.</li><li>Support commissioning and testing activities when required.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Knowledge:<ul><li>Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.</li><li>Sound knowledge of chillers, refrigeration cycles, controls, and electrical basics related to HVAC.</li><li>Experience in handling ducting, insulation, piping, and equipment installation.</li><li>Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues.</li><li>Knowledge of safety practices and preventive maintenance procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration &amp; Air Conditioning / Mechanical Trade or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of relevant experience as an HVAC Technician.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Willingness to work in shifts or at project sites as required.</li><li>Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Summary:We are looking for a HVAC Operator with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining HVAC systems. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge of HVAC equipment and the ability to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of HVAC systems at the site.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate and monitor HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems.</li><li>Perform routine checks of HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning.</li><li>Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.</li><li>Identify and report faults, abnormalities, or malfunctions in HVAC systems.</li><li>Maintain temperature, humidity, and air quality as per site requirements.</li><li>Record daily operation logs, readings, and maintenance activities.</li><li>Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Coordinate with the site supervisor or engineer for repair and maintenance work.</li><li>Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of HVAC equipment areas.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Knowledge:<ul><li>Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.</li><li>Knowledge of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and cooling towers (preferred).</li><li>Ability to read basic gauges, meters, and control panels.</li><li>Awareness of safety practices in HVAC operations.</li><li>Ability to work in shifts, if required.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>ITI (Mechanical / Refrigeration &amp; Air Conditioning / Fitter) or equivalent (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as an HVAC Operator or Technician.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Basic troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹9,583.81 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
