HVAC Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Site Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC projects. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, and have proven ability to manage site operations, supervise manpower, and ensure quality and timely execution of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day HVAC site activities and ensure smooth execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Handle installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRVs/VRFs, ducting, and piping works.
• Ensure proper operation and coordination of chiller systems and associated equipment.
• Manage and supervise technicians, helpers, and subcontractors on site.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of projects as per schedules.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms, quality standards, and company policies at the site.
• Coordinate with project engineers, clients, consultants, and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve technical issues at site efficiently.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, material consumption, and manpower reports.
• Ensure proper usage, storage, and handling of HVAC materials and equipment.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Sound understanding of chillers, chilled water systems, and HVAC controls.
• Ability to handle site independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good leadership and team-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of drawings, layouts, and HVAC schematics.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to quality and safety.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC site supervision.

Preferred Attributes:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work at project sites as per requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
