Electrical Engineer

The Site Engineer is responsible for day-to-day site execution, supervision of work activities, coordination with contractors and vendors, and ensuring project completion as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision

• Supervise and monitor daily construction/site activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure work execution aligns with project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and vendors at site.

Quality Control

• Ensure quality of workmanship as per project standards and drawings.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
• Implement corrective actions for non-conformance, if any.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with civil, MEP, and other teams for smooth workflow.
• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and site records.
• Attend project meetings with internal teams, clients, and consultants.

Materials & Documentation

• Check material deliveries, quantities, and quality at site.
• Maintain site records including WCC, MB sheets, checklists, and as-built drawings.
• Assist in preparing BOQ and material requirements.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety rules, EHS guidelines, and site safety practices.
• Report unsafe conditions and ensure corrective measures are taken.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of site execution processes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant site experience in construction or EPC projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,298.05 - ₹40,000.00 per month
