As a Quality Rated Provider, we are committed to creating a nurturing, loving, safe, and engaging space where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.&lt;Job Summary&gt; We are seeking enthusiastic Part Time After School Teachers to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will inspire and support children aged 4-7 during after-school hours by fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Your energy and dedication will help children develop essential skills while ensuring their safety and well-being.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Manage classroom activities with enthusiasm, ensuring a structured yet fun environment for children after school</li><li>Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development and early childhood education principles</li><li>Supervise children during playtime, homework time, and organized activities, maintaining excellent behavior management and classroom management skills</li><li>Provide first aid and respond promptly to minor injuries or health concerns in accordance with safety protocols</li><li>Support children with special needs or behavioral challenges through compassionate guidance and behavior management strategies</li><li>Collaborate with parents and staff to communicate children's progress and address any concerns effectively</li><li>Assist with daily routines such as snack time, bathroom breaks, and transitions between activities</li></ul>&lt;Experience&gt;<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, camp, tutoring, or childcare settings is highly preferred</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development, early childhood education practices, and behavior management techniques is essential</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not already certified</li><li>Experience working with children with special needs or in inclusive settings is advantageous</li><li>Strong classroom management skills combined with a caring attitude to foster a positive environment for all children</li></ul>Join us at Angels in Motion Learning Center to make a meaningful difference in children's lives!
