 About the Role:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 As Senior Social Media Manager,
 
 
 you will lead the strategy, execution, and performance of our social media presence for OSN+ and Anghami across all key platforms. This role requires a strong mix of creativity, strategic thinking, platform expertise as well as a good understanding of content tone and relevance. You&rsquo;ll be instrumental in growing our audience, driving engagement, and amplifying key campaigns to support brand, content, and business goals.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with brand marketing, creative, content, CRM, and performance teams to ensure a consistent digital voice for OSN+ and Anghami across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Strategy &amp; Planning
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop and execute the social media strategy for OSN+ and Anghami to support brand positioning, content launches, and business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the content calendar planning across all platforms, aligned with content priorities and marketing campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities for platform-specific growth, community building, and brand differentiation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Content Development and Execution
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with in-house creative teams and agencies to develop high-impact, locally relevant social content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee day-to-day publishing and community management, ensuring timely and engaging interactions with followers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure creative consistency and brand tone of voice across all social content.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Campaign Amplification

 Partner with brand and content teams to integrate social into campaign planning and amplification strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support paid social strategy and execution to maximize reach and ROI across platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with influencer and content creator partnerships for UGC and organic reach.
 </li>

 Performance &amp; Optimisation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor, track, and report on social media performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights and optimizations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to inform content and engagement strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use audience insights and analytics tools to inform strategy and creative development.
 </li>

 Cross-Functional Collaboration

 Work closely with brand, content, CRM, and product teams to ensure social media reflects broader business and user engagement goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with regional teams to localize content and engage with key markets, particularly KSA.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Educations:
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Communications, Media or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 6-8 years of experience managing social media for a high-growth brand, preferably in entertainment, media, or digital platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in building, engaging, and growing audiences across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of creative storytelling, platform trends, and digital consumer behavior in the MENA region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with influencers and social media creators.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with publishing and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English and Arabic is required
 </li>
