<p> </p> <ul> <li>Conduct programs of sample and data collection and analysis to identify and quantify environmental toxicants.</li> <li>Conduct research to develop new chemical formulations and processes and devise new technical applications of industrial chemicals and compounds.</li> <li>Prepare testing related documents including Testing summary and COA.</li> <li>Conduct fundamental and applied research into the synthesis and properties of chemical compounds and the mechanisms of chemical reactions.</li> <li>Act as technical consultant in a particular field of expertise.</li> <li>Reports Out of Trend (OOT), Out of Specification (OOS), Laboratory incident and deviation to reporting managers.</li> <li>Hands on experience of different Titrimetric and gravimetric analysis.</li> <li>Plan and prioritize work assignments, ensuring efficient laboratory operations and adherence to timelines.</li> <li>Design instruments are used in analytical analysis.</li> <li>Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis.</li> <li>Perform routine preventive maintenance, quality assurance and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments when required.</li> <li>Documentations for all laboratory procedures (Sample Preparation, received raw materials, Inventories of laboratory consumables, Analysis record).</li> <li>Prepare test solutions, compounds, and reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct tests.</li> <li>Competent in Microsoft office and Internet.</li> <li>Ability to develop and implement standard operating processes (SOP) and their procedures.</li> <li>Maintain records as per company standards (ISO 9001) and procedures.</li> <li>Maintain coordination with other departments to ensure safety, quality, and overall efficiency.</li> <li>Retain sample management.</li> <li>Well verse with laboratory equipment (Ovens, Hot plates, Water baths,).</li> </ul> <br>
