- Conduct programs of sample and data collection and analysis to identify and quantify environmental toxicants.
- Conduct research to develop new chemical formulations and processes and devise new technical applications of industrial chemicals and compounds.
- Prepare testing related documents including Testing summary and COA.
- Conduct fundamental and applied research into the synthesis and properties of chemical compounds and the mechanisms of chemical reactions.
- Act as technical consultant in a particular field of expertise.
- Reports Out of Trend (OOT), Out of Specification (OOS), Laboratory incident and deviation to reporting managers.
- Hands on experience of different Titrimetric and gravimetric analysis.
- Plan and prioritize work assignments, ensuring efficient laboratory operations and adherence to timelines.
- Design instruments are used in analytical analysis.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, quality assurance and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments when required.
- Documentations for all laboratory procedures (Sample Preparation, received raw materials, Inventories of laboratory consumables, Analysis record).
- Prepare test solutions, compounds, and reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct tests.
- Competent in Microsoft office and Internet.
- Ability to develop and implement standard operating processes (SOP) and their procedures.
- Maintain records as per company standards (ISO 9001) and procedures.
- Maintain coordination with other departments to ensure safety, quality, and overall efficiency.
- Retain sample management.
- Well verse with laboratory equipment (Ovens, Hot plates, Water baths,).
