Key Responsibilities:Design &amp; Calculation: Create HVAC system designs, select equipment, and perform thermal load calculations.Documentation: Prepare technical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).Installation &amp; Inspection: Supervise on-site installation, perform site inspections, and troubleshoot issues.Compliance &amp; Safety: Ensure all systems comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate HVAC systems with other building trades.Energy Optimization: Develop energy-efficient solutions and maintenance plans.Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), REVIT, and energy modeling software.Experience: Proven experience in HVAC design, installation, or maintenance, often requiring experience in high-rise or large-scale projects.Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF), thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.Soft Skills: Project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
