HVAC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Calculation: Create HVAC system designs, select equipment, and perform thermal load calculations.

Documentation: Prepare technical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Installation & Inspection: Supervise on-site installation, perform site inspections, and troubleshoot issues.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all systems comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate HVAC systems with other building trades.

Energy Optimization: Develop energy-efficient solutions and maintenance plans.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), REVIT, and energy modeling software.

Experience: Proven experience in HVAC design, installation, or maintenance, often requiring experience in high-rise or large-scale projects.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF), thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.

Soft Skills: Project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
