Part-Time Remote Administrative Assistant (Multi-Business Support) &mdash; $25/hrWe&rsquo;re hiring a part-time Remote Administrative Assistant to support operations across several small businesses, including three art galleries nationwide, one bar/restaurant, and one psychology group practice.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing important administrative tasks across multiple business entities.Pay: $25/hour Hours: 25&ndash;30 hours/week (part-time) Location: RemoteKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage renewals for business licenses across several states</li><li>File and pay sales tax across multiple states</li><li>Handle invoicing and insurance billing (including medical billing when needed)</li><li>Create pitch decks and fast-turn visual materials using Canva (or similar tools)</li><li>Support administrative needs across all businesses as requested</li><li>Work within medical software platforms (SimplePractice strongly preferred)</li><li>Assist with basic marketing tasks including Google Ads, analytics, and ad purchases</li><li>Communicate with city/state regulatory agencies and navigate bureaucratic processes</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Self-starter with strong follow-through and accountability</li><li>Extremely organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and comfort managing multi-step tasks</li><li>Confident working independently and meeting deadlines</li><li>Experience with payroll and multi-state administrative work is a plus</li><li>Strong aesthetic eye and ability to create clear, visually compelling presentations</li></ul>To ApplyPlease send your resume and a short note describing your relevant experience and why you&rsquo;d be a great fit.Job Type: Part-timePay: $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 30 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Detroit, MI 48201
