$150,000 yearly BOE
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary</li>
<li>Serve as legal counsel on the clients&rsquo; behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation</li>
<li>Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients&rsquo; behalf when appropriate</li>
<li>Modify, review, and draft demand letters, pleadings, claims, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents</li>
<li>Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end
</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>
Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired</li>
<li>Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory</li>
<li>Computer proficiency is essential</li>
<li>Requires a bachelor&rsquo;s degree and a J.D. degree</li>
<li>Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is a necessity</li>
