Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting where passion for food and service excellence is celebrated.Duties<ul><li>Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to deliver outstanding service.</li><li>Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth shift management and high-quality food preparation.</li><li>Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.</li><li>Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and oversee Micros POS for seamless transactions.</li><li>Enforce food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations across all areas of food handling and kitchen management.</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production, quality control, and adherence to culinary standards.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive guest experiences in both casual dining and fine dining environments.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in fine dining &amp; casual dining settings.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.</li><li>Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with a background in supervising teams, staff training &amp; development, and shift management.</li><li>Ability to manage inventory control efficiently while maintaining budgetary goals.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management and guest satisfaction.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in food handling, catering operations, or banquet services is advantageous.</li><li>Familiarity with bar operations or bar management) is a plus.</li><li>Basic understanding and knowledge of wine &amp; spirits.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting; previous assistant manager or supervisory experience is desirable.
