Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth shift management and high-quality food preparation.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and oversee Micros POS for seamless transactions.
- Enforce food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations across all areas of food handling and kitchen management.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production, quality control, and adherence to culinary standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive guest experiences in both casual dining and fine dining environments.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in fine dining & casual dining settings.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a background in supervising teams, staff training & development, and shift management.
- Ability to manage inventory control efficiently while maintaining budgetary goals.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management and guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrated experience in food handling, catering operations, or banquet services is advantageous.
- Familiarity with bar operations or bar management) is a plus.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of wine & spirits.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting; previous assistant manager or supervisory experience is desirable. Pay: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
