We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Expert with a strong background in real estate marketing to lead and execute data-driven digital strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, improving brand visibility, and maximizing ROI across digital channels.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for real estate projects (residential &amp; commercial)</li><li>Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)</li><li>Generate high-quality property leads and improve conversion rates</li><li>Manage SEO &amp; SEM strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic</li><li>Oversee social media marketing, content planning, and engagement</li><li>Coordinate email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and CRM integrations</li><li>Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards</li><li>Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with lead follow-up and closures</li><li>Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market dynamics</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing</li><li>Prior experience in real estate marketing is mandatory</li><li>Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and lead generation campaigns</li><li>Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing</li><li>Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools</li><li>Knowledge of CRM tools and lead nurturing workflows</li><li>Excellent communication and project management skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint</li><li>Experience with real estate portals and listing platforms</li><li>Understanding of local and regional real estate markets</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
