 We are looking for a dynamic HR Specialist to manage core HR functions, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with company policies and Pakistan&rsquo;s labor laws. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to on-boarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update HR policies and employee records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support payroll processing and attendance management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate performance appraisals and training programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor and employment laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in HR analytics, reporting, and process improvements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of HR experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent understanding of HR operations and local regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
 </li>
