We are looking for a dynamic HR Specialist to manage core HR functions, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with company policies and Pakistan’s labor laws. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to on-boarding.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and employee records.
  • Support payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor and employment laws.
  • Assist in HR analytics, reporting, and process improvements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience.
  • Excellent understanding of HR operations and local regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
