HR Officer

Rawalpindi, Pakistan

Core Responsibilities:

I. Recruitment (Specifically for the Operations Department)

  • Collaborate with HOD - CRM & RCM Operations to understand staffing needs and role specifications within RCM and CRM departments.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various job portals and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, schedule assessments, and ensure timely follow-up with all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate pre-employment checks, verification processes, and documentation compliance.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare periodic reports on hiring metrics and workforce analytics.

II. Employee Relations (Specifically for the Operations Department)

  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolution in compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.
  • Support implementation of HR policies, performance management systems, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Assist in drafting internal HR communications, notices, and engagement campaigns.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction, identify potential risks, and recommend proactive engagement strategies.
  • Maintain complete, up-to-date employee files and ensure confidentiality in line with data protection standards.

III. On-the-Job Training (OJT) & Compliance-Based Instruction (Specifically for the Operations Department)

As an internal Trainer and Orientation Facilitator, the HR Officer will be responsible for preparing new hires to meet operational expectations within RCM & CRM teams, covering both technical knowledge and compliance awareness.

Key Training Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a structured New Hire Training Program covering:
  • Complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process: Patient registration, eligibility verification, authorization/pre-certification, charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, AR follow-up, and reporting.
  • Client Relations Management (CRM) concepts, including client interaction protocols, escalation handling, and support workflow.
  • Key terminologies, abbreviations, and role-based definitions within U.S. medical billing.
  • Provide essential training on HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), emphasizing:
  • Patient health information (PHI) confidentiality
  • Data access control protocols
  • Breach reporting procedures
  • Best practices for compliance across the RCM cycle
  • Conduct training assessments and quizzes to evaluate comprehension and retention.
  • Maintain training logs, feedback forms, and continuous improvement records for audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers and Team Leads to ensure training outcomes align with live production and compliance benchmarks.
