About Us:

Comtanix is a fast-growing BPO IT Company situated in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi. Currently

we are looking for experienced individuals for the post of “Human Resource Recruiter’’ with great

verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of

experience in full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of

sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and a passion for finding the right talent to support

business growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and

collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles, from job posting to onboarding.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective

recruitment strategies.

• Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media,

professional networks, and referrals.

• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate progress and

communications.

• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring teams.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire).

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).

• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles (technical, non-technical, or

industry-specific).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, etc.).

• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience hiring for [industry-specific roles, e.g., IT, healthcare, sales, etc.].

• Exposure to employer branding initiatives and diversity hiring practices.

• Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS) is a plus.
