Job Summary:

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening,
• HR Strategy:

Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategy with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

What We Offer:

• Basic salary from RS 55000 to RS 75000
• A supportive and inclusive work environment.
• Monday to Friday 9 hours shift ( 12 Pm to 9Pm ) PST

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
