We move fast, test ideas quickly, and rely on data-driven decisions to outpace competitors.Role Overview We&rsquo;re seeking a Business Intelligence &amp; Analytics Manager who can transform data into actionable strategies. This is not a &ldquo;reporting-only&rdquo; role. We need someone who can analyze performance across pricing, sales, and marketing &mdash; and then recommend clear next steps that drive results.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and maintain dashboards that track sales performance, SKU-level profitability, pricing effectiveness, and marketing ROI.</li><li>Move beyond reporting: deliver insights paired with specific business recommendations (e.g., adjust pricing, shift ad strategy, promote underutilized products).</li><li>Partner with the pricing team to optimize dynamic pricing models and segment products for maximum margin and sell-through.</li><li>Analyze campaign and product performance in Google Shopping, email, and outbound sales to guide future strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with sales leadership to measure team effectiveness (e.g., abandoned cart recovery, reseller programs, outreach impact).</li><li>Design and execute A/B tests, interpret results, and clearly recommend next actions.</li><li>Monitor trends in product categories (e.g., stress relievers, drinkware, bags) and advise on which to push, bundle, or phase out.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>At least 1 year of experience in BI, analytics, or data strategy (e-commerce or retail strongly preferred).</li><li>Some experience with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).</li><li>Proven ability to handle large datasets and translate them into actionable insights.Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs: conversion rate, AOV, LTV, CAC, ROAS.</li><li>Experience with pricing optimization, segmentation, and testing frameworks.</li><li>Excellent communication skills: able to present findings with clarity and influence business decisions.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>A problem-solver who doesn&rsquo;t stop at &ldquo;what happened&rdquo; &mdash; you explain &ldquo;why it happened&rdquo; and &ldquo;what to do next.&rdquo;</li><li>A proactive thinker who challenges assumptions and looks for ways to improve revenue and customer experience.</li><li>Comfortable balancing fast-turn tactical analysis with deeper strategic projects.</li><li>A business partner who can collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations to drive measurable outcomes.</li></ul>Why Join Us This is a high-impact role where your insights will directly shape pricing, marketing, and sales strategies.
