Role Overview
We’re seeking a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager who can transform data into actionable strategies. This is not a “reporting-only” role. We need someone who can analyze performance across pricing, sales, and marketing — and then recommend clear next steps that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards that track sales performance, SKU-level profitability, pricing effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
  • Move beyond reporting: deliver insights paired with specific business recommendations (e.g., adjust pricing, shift ad strategy, promote underutilized products).
  • Partner with the pricing team to optimize dynamic pricing models and segment products for maximum margin and sell-through.
  • Analyze campaign and product performance in Google Shopping, email, and outbound sales to guide future strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to measure team effectiveness (e.g., abandoned cart recovery, reseller programs, outreach impact).
  • Design and execute A/B tests, interpret results, and clearly recommend next actions.
  • Monitor trends in product categories (e.g., stress relievers, drinkware, bags) and advise on which to push, bundle, or phase out.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in BI, analytics, or data strategy (e-commerce or retail strongly preferred).
  • Some experience with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
  • Proven ability to handle large datasets and translate them into actionable insights.Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs: conversion rate, AOV, LTV, CAC, ROAS.
  • Experience with pricing optimization, segmentation, and testing frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to present findings with clarity and influence business decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,066.55 - $78,359.72 per year
