Your positive attitude and eagerness to assist will make a real difference in every customer interaction!Duties<ul><li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills</li><li>Assist customers with product information, service details, and troubleshooting to ensure satisfaction and loyalty</li><li>Handle data entry tasks accurately, including updating customer records and processing transactions using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications</li><li>Support outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new services and offers</li><li>Provide bilingual or multilingual support to serve a diverse client base effectively</li><li>Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security during transactions</li><li>Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus</li><li>Previous call center experience or customer support background is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates</li><li>Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively</li><li>Experience with outbound calling or client services is advantageous but not mandatory</li><li>Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a supportive environment</li></ul>Embark on your customer service journey with us!
