Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist customers with product information, service details, and troubleshooting to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle data entry tasks accurately, including updating customer records and processing transactions using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications
- Support outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new services and offers
- Provide bilingual or multilingual support to serve a diverse client base effectively
- Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security during transactions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous call center experience or customer support background is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively
- Experience with outbound calling or client services is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a supportive environment

Pay: $24.90 - $32.80 per hour
