AODK is an award-winning architecture firm in Cleveland, OH. The studio is seeking a highly energetic, self-motivated, and detailed-oriented Interior Designer/Interior Architect to join our team. We are a progressive design firm with exciting projects that include corporate, commercial, educational, restaurant, hospitality, residential and religious. We are looking for a talented designer with 5+ years of experience with a focus on contemporary design.Qualifications:<ul><li>Degree in Interior Design from an accredited program with 5+ years of experience.</li><li>Knowledge of the design process, including FF&amp;E, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials</li><li>Graphic presentation skills</li><li>Flexibility to focus on multiple projects and project types in various stages of development</li><li>Ability to efficiently communicate design ideas and direction</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and SketchUp preferred</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate on projects including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development</li><li>Participate in selection of finishes, furniture, art, and specifications</li><li>Provide project team coordination for the finish plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction</li><li>Participate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and finish samples</li><li>Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination</li><li>Implement all AutoCAD, Revit and rendering software standards</li><li>Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs</li><li>Manage Resource Library and manufacturer updates and appointments</li></ul>This is a full-time, in-office position.Salary is commensurate based on experience.Be collaborative, be creative, learn with us, grow with us.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
