Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design Creation:</li><li>Develop creative and visually appealing designs for social media graphics, presentations, banners, flyers, posters, and other digital and print materials using Canva.</li><li>Customize pre-made Canva templates to match the branding and requirements of the project.</li><li>Design brand guidelines and assets, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.</li><li>Branding:</li><li>Understand client or company branding guidelines and incorporate them into designs.</li><li>Ensure that all designs align with the visual identity of the brand.</li><li>Content Design:</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to create content for email campaigns, social media posts, and digital advertisements.</li><li>Create eye-catching infographics and data visualizations that simplify complex information.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Feedback:</li><li>Work closely with marketing, communication, and other teams to understand design needs and create solutions.</li><li>Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to improve and finalize designs.</li><li>Time Management &amp; Deadlines:</li><li>Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.</li><li>Ensure that all designs are completed within deadline constraints without compromising quality.</li></ul>2. Required Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in Canva: Expert-level skills in Canva, including design elements, templates, photo editing, and advanced features like animations, grids, etc.</li><li>Creativity &amp; Design Aesthetics: Strong eye for color schemes, typography, and layout design.</li><li>Communication: Ability to effectively understand client needs and communicate design ideas clearly.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Ability to spot design inconsistencies and ensure pixel-perfect designs.</li><li>Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Basic Knowledge of Graphic Design: Understanding of design principles (e.g., contrast, hierarchy, alignment).</li></ul>3.
