Canva Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation:
• Develop creative and visually appealing designs for social media graphics, presentations, banners, flyers, posters, and other digital and print materials using Canva.
• Customize pre-made Canva templates to match the branding and requirements of the project.
• Design brand guidelines and assets, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
• Branding:
• Understand client or company branding guidelines and incorporate them into designs.
• Ensure that all designs align with the visual identity of the brand.
• Content Design:
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create content for email campaigns, social media posts, and digital advertisements.
• Create eye-catching infographics and data visualizations that simplify complex information.
• Collaboration & Feedback:
• Work closely with marketing, communication, and other teams to understand design needs and create solutions.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to improve and finalize designs.
• Time Management & Deadlines:
• Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Ensure that all designs are completed within deadline constraints without compromising quality.

2. Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Canva: Expert-level skills in Canva, including design elements, templates, photo editing, and advanced features like animations, grids, etc.
• Creativity & Design Aesthetics: Strong eye for color schemes, typography, and layout design.
• Communication: Ability to effectively understand client needs and communicate design ideas clearly.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot design inconsistencies and ensure pixel-perfect designs.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic Knowledge of Graphic Design: Understanding of design principles (e.g., contrast, hierarchy, alignment).

3. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience as a Canva Designer or in a graphic design role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
